The pack includes several DVDs of me demonstrating how I run the sessions. This is now available to assist all facilitators to refresh their memories prior to running a session. You can watch me doing it on the screen or even invite groups to watch me! It is particularly helpful to new facilitators or can act as a supervision aid.
